Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

1. Access Control: Monitor and control access to company premises, ensuring only authorized personnel enter designated areas.

2. Surveillance: Conduct routine surveillance of premises through security cameras and regular patrols to identify and address potential security risks.

3. Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, investigate, and report findings to appropriate management.

4. Emergency Procedures: Implement and enforce emergency procedures, including evacuation protocols, in the event of a security breach or other emergencies.

5. Security Checks: Perform regular security checks on company property, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities to ensure a coordinated and effective response to security concerns.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security procedures is a plus.

2. Proven experience in a security role, demonstrating a strong understanding of security principles.

3. Excellent observation and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and during emergency situations.

5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Physical fitness and ability to perform security patrols and respond to incidents as needed.

7. Security certifications (e.g., Certified Security Professional) are advantageous.
